Do you offer commercial services?
Yes we have a number of commercial clients including Nandos and can provide high quality high access cleaning.
Do you offer one-off deep cleans?
Yes we do.
Are you insured?
Our public liability insurance is £5million.
Can you quote over the phone?
Generally yes, we will look at google street view and can provide a quote over the phone or text 95% of the time
Do you offer discounts?
No.
How do I pay?
You can pay via cash or bank transfer.
What if I'm not home?
We will leave an invoice and you can transfer the money within 14 days.
Window Cleaning Questions
Do you clean internal windows?
We do, including all the frames and openers if you require.
Do you use ladders?
We do occasionally .
How high can you reach?
We can clean upto 80ft.
Can you reach awkward windows?
Yes.
Why dont you dry the glass?
We don’t dry the glass because we use purified water which means, all the impurities that normally remain when water is left to dry on glass don’t.
Do you work in the rain?
We work in light rain yes,.
Gutter Cleaning Questions
How often should gutters be cleaned?
We recommend they are cleaned once a year between Nov-March. We make sure all the gutters are clear as well as the downpipes and drain.
Do you use ladders?
We do occasionally.
Can you clean the outside of my gutters?
We can clean the outside of off all your gutters, fascias and soffits.
Do you recommend gutter guards?
No they cause more trouble than they save.
Conservatory Cleaning Questions
Will you climb on the roof?
Mostly we don’t need to, however for awkward jobs will be need to step on the roof. However the roofs are designed to bear upto 150kg and we use a ladder to spread the weight.
Can you clean polycarbonate roofs?
Yes we can.
Are your detergents pet & child friendly?
No. Children and animals should not be allowed outside when cleaning the conservatory roof. If you gutters drain into a bowser we will disconnect it.
Do you recommend gutter guards?
No they cause more trouble than they save.
