Window cleaning in Guildford

Most of our Guildford customers are on a 6-weekly or 12-weekly round. Six keeps them consistently clean; twelve suits sheltered houses, or people who just want them done a few times a year. You decide.

Yes, summer and winter. You wouldn’t clean at home with cold water, and neither do we.

Because we don’t need to. The water is pure, so it dries on its own in about an hour and leaves nothing behind. Drying with a cloth is what causes smears.

We still work in light rain. In heavy rain we wait for it to pass or come back another day. If the weather is bad enough that we can’t make it, we’ll let you know.

Yes, for example at the end of a tenancy or when you’re selling the house. Worth knowing a one-off costs more than a regular visit: the windows have usually been left longer, so it’s considerably more work than maintaining a house we see every six weeks.

Yes, by hand.

Yes, and it’s one of the things we get asked most. From the ground, with nobody on the conservatory roof. We reach up to 60ft.

No. As long as we have access we can clean while you’re not in. When we’re done, we’ll let you know. You’ll need to be in for insides, of course.

No. Pay per visit and stop whenever you like. We only ask that you don’t cancel on the day; if you do, we may have to charge for the visit.

Bank transfer, a payment link, or card or phone on the day, after the clean.

Give us a call and we’ll put it right.
