How we work
Our equipment
Our van carries its own hot, purified water system. It feeds a long pole, so we clean windows, frames and conservatory roofs from the ground. Pure water dries without leaving marks, so there’s nothing to wipe off afterwards.
For gutters we use a vacuum from the ground. For patios and driveways we use a pressure washer with a rotary surface cleaner, and we clean up the spray when we’re done.

Integrity Window Cleaning is a family-run business, owned by Alexander Wingrove. We’ve been cleaning homes and businesses since 2006 and we’re based in Guildford.
Viktor does the work, and we’re taking on more people soon. We’re fully insured, we wear uniform, and we can send risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for commercial jobs.
You get a fixed price before we book you in, you pay after the work is done, and there’s no contract.
How it works

Message us on WhatsApp with your address. We look at the property and send a fixed price the same day. We don’t need to visit first.
We text the night before
We text you the night before. You don’t need to be home, just leave the gates unlocked.
Clean, then pay
Pay after the visit by bank transfer, a payment link, or card or phone on the day. No deposit, no contract.
On the day
Light rain, we still work
In light rain we still work. If it’s heavy, we wait for it to pass or come back another day.
Regular visits
Windows every 6 or 12 weeks. We text the night before each visit, so you always know when we’re coming.
No contracts
Pay per visit and stop whenever you like. Not happy with your clean? Give us a call and we’ll put it right.

Common questions
Do I need to be home?
No. We text you the night before. Just leave the gates unlocked so we can get round the back.
What happens if it rains?
In light rain we still work. In heavy rain we wait for it to pass or come back another day, and we’ll let you know.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, a Stripe payment link we send you, or card or phone on the day. We’re setting up automatic payments too.
Am I tied into a contract?
