- Every 6 weeks is £9 a bedroom, with a minimum of £20.
- A one-off clean is double the 12-weekly price, extras included.
- Regular customers pay the normal price from the first clean. No contracts, and you can stop whenever you like.
- The conservatory extra is for its windows. Conservatory roof cleaning is priced separately.
- Large or individually designed homes, and homes with 6 or more bedrooms, are priced individually.
Gutter clearing

- Semi-detached covers the gutters on two sides, plus a small lower section if there is one. Detached covers all four sides.
- Cleaning the fascias and soffits adds 75% to the clearing price, rounded to the nearest £5.
- Priced individually: 5 or more bedrooms, more than two storeys, unusual gutter runs, a particularly large footprint or difficult access, and terraced houses, flats or other property types.
Conservatory cleaning
Guide prices for cleaning the whole outside of a conservatory: the roof panels, exterior glass, frames and gutters. Glass and polycarbonate roofs are the same price.

- £20 a panel for the first 11 panels, then £10 a panel up to 15.
- The minimum charge is £115.
- The inside isn’t included. Internal roof cleaning is quoted separately.
- Conservatories with more than 15 roof panels are priced individually.
Booking more than one service
Book two services together for 5% off that visit, or all three for 10% off. Later regular window cleans are charged at the normal price.
