This patio in Guildford had years of dirt and algae on it, and the slabs had gone dark green.
Before
The algae had spread over the whole patio and the dirt had worked into the surface of the slabs.
What we did
- Pressure washed the slabs with a rotary surface cleaner
- Rinsed the dirt off and cleaned up the spray
- Put a treatment down afterwards to slow the algae coming back
After
The slabs are back to their natural colour and the patio is safer to walk on.
